Where to Watch Cricket in Australia by Competition

Seven and Foxtel share cricket played in Australia through the 2030-31 season. Kayo streams the Foxtel coverage. Fox Cricket is the pay-TV channel. Prime Video has ICC events through the end of 2027. They are not interchangeable.

One figures clash: ABC’s January 2023 report of the deal said Seven would show 33 of 43 BBL games. Cricket Australia’s partners page, open on 29 Sep 2026, says 34 of 44. Use the partners page. The older count is not the current list.

Fox and Kayo carry the same Foxtel cricket, on CA’s wording: a Fox Cricket channel, with that coverage on Kayo. Seven’s games are the free-to-air set. Detail and the limits of “free” are on where to watch cricket for free.

Radio: ABC Sport is a CA partner. For the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 the ICC named ABC. We are not calling ABC a television channel.

Questions

Do I need Kayo if I only watch Tests?

Not for the picture. Seven shows all men’s Tests in Australia, and 7plus streams Seven’s games. Kayo also has them, plus the men’s white-ball games Seven’s list does not include.

Does Seven show the BBL?

34 of the 44 matches on Cricket Australia’s current partners page. The rest are on Fox Cricket and Kayo. Ignore the older “33 of 43” line from 2023.

Where are the World Cups?

Prime Video, through the end of 2027, included in a Prime membership. Not on Seven and not on Kayo.

Where is the Sheffield Shield?

cricket.com.au, the CA Live app and Kayo, for the 2026-27 men’s and women’s domestic season. Seven is not listed. The Fox Cricket channel is not named in that article.

Who shows the 2027 Ashes in Australia?

Not confirmed. It is played in England. Press reports named Nine and Foxtel. Until one of them or Cricket Australia publishes the right, treat it as Unverified. UK viewers have Sky. See where to watch the Ashes.
